- Blister containing 1 booster pack of 12 cards in French from the OP-17 expansion, The Mightiest Warriors in the World. The set celebrates the fourth anniversary of the One Piece Card Game with 131+4 card types and six Leaders, one per color: Edward Newgate, Shanks, Kaido, Monkey D. Luffy, and Charlotte Linlin.

OP-17 introduces three new rarities. The Treasure Rare sits at the top of the pyramid and is released in Katakuri in the French version. The Super Leader Parallel is the first rarity reserved for Leader cards. Conqueror's Haki SP cards are awarded to characters who wield Conqueror's Haki, and the four current Emperors (Luffy, Blackbeard, Buggy, and Shanks) each have their own anniversary SP card.

The most sought-after cards in the set include four Manga Rare cards dedicated to past Emperors, including Edward Newgate's very first Manga Rare card, the Secret Rare Loki OP17-119, Rocks D. Xebec OP17-118 in Pirate Crew Super Alt Art, and a Kaido card illustrated by Keisuke Itagaki, the creator of Baki.

The blister pack protects the booster and prevents tampering on the shelf. Four different blister pack designs exist for this expansion; the one sent is chosen randomly.
