Delivery Conditions

In order to send you your purchase as quickly as possible in the best possible conditions, we have chosen to entrust La Poste with the delivery service. When placing your order, one or more delivery options will be offered to you.

  • Colissimo: Delivery is provided by Colissimo within 48 to 72 hours. Your package will be delivered to you personally or delivered to your mailbox. If its size does not allow delivery to a mailbox, and you are not present, it will be represented to you and then made available to you in the post office to which you are attached. You have 10 working days from the arrival of your package at the post office to collect it. After this period, it will be returned to us. In all cases you are informed by email 24 hours before delivery of your package.
  • Colissimo with signature: Delivery is provided by Colissimo within 48 to 72 hours. The value of the package requires hand delivery against signature, under the same conditions as a classic colissimo.
  • Colissimo Point Relai: Delivery is provided by Colissimo within 48 to 72 hours. Your package is made available at the post office, in a Pickup locker, or at the Pickup point of your choice. You can choose one of the 15,000 local merchants in the Pickup network, near your home, place of work or vacation, to whom you would like to have your delivery delivered. You will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then come and collect it within 10 working days.

We recommend that you pay particular attention to the postal address that you provide on our site as well as the accuracy of your telephone number, in order to facilitate the delivery of your package.

We do not currently have a Click & Collect option directly from our warehouse, so unfortunately we cannot accommodate you for collection of your order.
If you require urgent delivery, you can contact customer service before confirming your order to arrange an alternative shipping method.

Delivery times are given as an indication for France – France delivery. For delivery in Europe, the times communicated by the post office and its partners are 3 to 14 days on average.
