The 30th Anniversary set celebrates 30 years of the Pokémon Trading Card Game with an all-foil expansion, including basic Energy cards—a first in TCG history. Each booster pack guarantees one of 30 Pikachu cards illustrated by 30 different artists, and the set introduces the Futuristic Rare rarity with Yoshirotten-signed Mewtwo-ex and Mew-ex. 30th Anniversary: The expansion celebrating 30 years of the Pokémon TCG
The 30th Anniversary (30th Anniversary) set marks three decades of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, which originated in Japan in October 1996. It's a commemorative set in the vein of Celebrations (25th Anniversary) and 151, excluding the numbering of the main expansions, and is included in the Mega Evolution block between Darkest Night and the next expansion. A first for the Pokémon TCG: It will be released on the same day worldwide, September 16, 2026.

A fully foil expansion The set's signature feature: every card is holographic, including Basic Energy cards. No "regular" cards are included in these booster packs, and all bear the 30th Anniversary logo. Each booster pack contains five foil cards, one foil Basic Energy card, and one code card for the Pokémon TCG Live. This is the first time a Pokémon expansion has been entirely foil-wrapped.

30 Pikachu, 30 Illustrators
The emotional heart of the set. Thirty different Pikachu cards, each entrusted to a distinct artist, and a guaranteed Pikachu in every booster pack. Among the illustrators already revealed are OKACHEKE, Yuu Nishida, and Atsuko Nishida, one of Pikachu's original creators. The illustrations are divided between day and night scenes, a theme that runs throughout the entire range.

Futuristic Rare: Mewtwo-ex and Mew-ex by YOSHIROTTEN
The set introduces a brand-new rarity, the Futuristic Rare, with a futuristic, pearlescent finish "somewhere between pop art and neon." Two Kanto Legendary Pokémon embody this rarity in the booster packs: Mewtwo-ex and Mew-ex, designed by Japanese artist YOSHIROTTEN for his first appearance in the TCG.
