ST-31 Red Monkey D. Luffy plays pure aggression: the leader charges his characters with DON!! at rest and strikes quickly. Brook becomes a Blocker under the DON!! condition, while the Straw Hat crew unleashes a flurry of attacks.
ST-32 Green Roronoa Zoro focuses on speed and the Slice attribute. Kin'emon digs into the hand, while the Slice characters gain Rush and neutralize small opposing targets as soon as they enter play.
ST-33 Blue Kuzan is a Marine control deck. Koby blocks and draws cards, while Smoker and Sakazuki disrupt the opponent's hand and field. The goal is to overwhelm the opponent before closing the deal.
ST-34 Purple: Charlotte Katakuri anticipates the opponent's play while accelerating her DON!! reserve. Charlotte Brulee filters the deck, Baron Tamago & Pekoms remove a small target, and the Big Mom Pirates deploy large characters early.
ST-35 Red/Black: Sabo deploys the Revolutionary Army at high speed. Hack removes a target at the start, Lindbergh weakens an opposing character, and the revolutionaries return from the discard pile while recharging the leader with DON!!
ST-36 Yellow: Eustass "Captain" Kidd balances attack and defense by playing his Life cards. Cavendish recharges Life on his Knockout play, Scratchmen Apoo boosts a Supernova leader, and Kidd redirects opposing attacks.
Each box contains the same contents: a 51-card deck (50 cards + 1 leader), 10 DON!! cards, a game sheet, and an OP-16: The Hour of Decisive Battle booster pack. Each deck includes 1 leader, 3 rare cards, and 2 super rare cards, sometimes with one or two promotional cards. The set includes all six colors, all six leaders, and six OP-16 booster packs.
