RULES OF THE INSTAGRAM CONTEST OCTOBER 2026

Article 1 – Organizer

The company DestockTCG with a share capital of €5,000 whose registered office is located at 6 Impasse de St Guillan, 31620 Castelnau D'Estretefonds, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Toulouse under number 984044461, is organizing a free competition with no purchase obligation entitled "INSTAGRAM COMPETITION" on Instagram.

Article 2 – Competition Dates

The competition starts on 07/10/2026 at the time of publication of the post and ends on 05/11/2026 at 12:00 French time.

Article 3 – Conditions of participation

This competition is open to any individual of legal age residing in metropolitan France, with the exception of staff members of the organizer and their families.

To participate, simply:
- Follow the account @destocktcg on Instagram
- Like the contest's Instagram post
- Comment on the contest post by tagging a friend and saying which UPC box set they are entitled to and why

The tagged individuals must be real, active accounts, not ghost accounts (anonymous, unrecognizable, inactive, etc.), duplicate accounts, or accounts belonging to entities the participant cannot consider friends (e.g., a store page, a media outlet, or an influencer who doesn't follow the participant's account). Any fraudulent participation will result in disqualification.

Article 4 – Designation of the winner

The draw will be conducted using an automated selection tool (e.g., Picker, AppSorteos, or a similar solution) and broadcast live on Instagram. A winning account and alternates will be announced. The first account to validly meet the participation requirements will be declared the winner of the contest. The winner will be announced in a comment on the post and in an Instagram story.

Article 5 – Endowment

The winner must contact the organizer via private message within 8 days to claim their prize and provide their contact information. Prizes are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Article 6 – Procedures for awarding the prize

The prize will be sent via Colissimo within 4 days of the winner providing their contact information. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages related to shipping.

Article 7 – Protection of personal data

The information collected is used solely for the administration of the game and will not be retained after the prize has been shipped. Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of their data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 8 – Liability and Force Majeure

The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest in the event of force majeure. Instagram is neither the organizer nor responsible for this contest. The organizer also reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if Instagram flags or suspends the post for violating its rules.

Article 9 – Acceptance of the regulations

Participation implies full acceptance of these rules. These rules are available upon request via private message on Instagram and can be viewed at this address.
