Booster - Altered TCG - FR - The Trial of the Cold - Equinox

Trial by Cold introduces a total of 282 cards, including 12 returning Heroes. As the first Core Set, Beyond the Gates introduced 18 Heroes, but not all of them were able to shine right out of the gate: some of them will begin to prove themselves in Trial by Cold.

Beginning with Trial by Cold, you’ll be able to open Adventure Cards in your booster packs. Adventure Cards share the same slot in a booster pack as Tokens and Mana Surge cards (more on booster drop rates later in this article). These cards feature new art to represent your progression through the snowy landscapes of Cais Adarra.

Booster packs are the easiest way to complete your Altered collection, and each pack contains everything you need to customize your deck. In Trial by Cold, gather your gear with a brand new type of Permanent, manage your Sideboard carefully to avoid exhaustion, and adapt to the elements to traverse the different regions.

One in 8 Trial by Cold boosters can contain a Unique card, the highest rarity in Altered with only one copy of this card existing in the entire world!

Trial by Cold boosters contain 12 playable cards

Booster boxes are perfect for collecting Altered Rare and Unique cards or for drafting with your friends! Trial by Cold brings a whole new batch of Unique cards with new effects, as well as new Adventure cards to collect.

Trial by Cold booster boxes contain 36 boosters, with a Unique card every 8 boosters.
