Box of 200 Ultra Pro Tall semi-rigid sleeves, reference 43000. This is the packaging required by PSA, CGC, and BGS for grading submissions, instead of toploaders.
Accepts cards up to 3-3/16" x 4-1/4" (81 x 108 mm) and 35 pt thick. This is the difference compared to standard semi-rigid sleeves (ref. 81150, limited to 63.5 x 88.9 mm): a Pokémon, Magic, One Piece, or Lorcana card fits already protected in a penny sleeve, without any effort.

Why do grading companies require semi-rigid sleeves?

Graders do not accept cards sent in toploaders. PSA requires that each card be placed in a clear penny sleeve, then in a semi-rigid sleeve, with both sides remaining visible. Its shipping guide is explicit: "Do not use toploaders, tape, pull tabs, or sticky notes." CGC imposes the same condition and indicates that semi-rigid sleeves and other sleeves are necessary for secure card submission.

The reason is mechanical. A toploader holds the card by friction and requires force to remove it, which marks the corners before the card is even graded. A semi-rigid sleeve deforms enough to release the card, and the 1/2" lip gives the grader a grip to remove it without touching the surface.

What the Tall size changes:
The standard semi-rigid Ultra Pro sleeve (ref. 81150) accepts a card up to 63.5 x 88.9 mm, the exact size of a bare Pokémon or Magic card. Once the card is penny-sleeved, it no longer fits.
The Tall size (ref. 43000) accepts up to 3-3/16" x 4-1/4" (81 x 108 mm) and 35 pt thick. A standard card that has already been sleeved fits without any problem, as does a jumbo card or a sports card.
