The 30th Anniversary Box – Greninja-ex is a sealed French product from the special expansion celebrating 30 years of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. It features Greninja-ex with a tournament-playable foil promo card (MEP099, illustrated by 5ban Graphics) and the same artwork on an oversized display card, along with four 30th Anniversary booster packs.

Each booster pack in the expansion contains five foil cards, one foil Basic Energy card, and one code card for the Pokémon TCG Live. The 30th Anniversary set is indeed entirely holographic, including the basic Energy cards, something that has never happened before in the game. Each booster pack also guarantees one of 30 Pikachu cards, each signed by a different illustrator, and gives you a chance to find the set's new rarity, the Futuristic Rare, of which Mewtwo-ex and Yoshirotten-signed Mew-ex are the most sought-after. Greninja-ex also appears in the main set as a Double Rare, opposite Sylveon-ex: the two boxes form a collectible day/night duo. This should not be confused with the more compact Pokébox of the same Pokémon, which does not include the oversized card. This box is aimed at both the player who wants a competitive card and the Greninja or Greninja collector looking for a card to display. Brand new, sealed product, in French, to be released on September 16, 2026, the same day as the expansion's simultaneous worldwide release.
