The Marvel Super Heroes Commander 4-Deck Bundle includes all four preconstructed decks for the Commander format of the expansion, designed for multiplayer games with friends or around a tournament table. Each deck is complete and ready to play: 100 cards (1 legendary commander + 99 cards), 10 double-sided tokens, 1 deck box in the deck's colors, 1 strategy guide, and 1 reference card. On average, a deck contains 75 reprints of existing Magic cards and 25 new cards, some exclusive to Commander decks. The Commander subset has its own set code: MSC.
Avengers Assemble is led by Captain America, Team Leader (illustrated by Mark Spears), and plays the typical Hero deck combined with +1/+1 counters: Captain America grants haste and vigilance until end of turn to any Hero you control, as well as a +1/+1 counter per activation. The Fantastic Four, with Mister Fantastic as its commander (illustrated by Gintas Galvanauskas), is built around noncreature spells and copying triggered effects, with a possible commander card for each member of the Fantastic Four. Wakanda Forever is led by T'Challa, the Black Panther (illustrated by Eli Minaya), a 3-cost human creature that creates an indestructible Vibranium token each time it taps: these tokens generate one colorless mana usable only on an artifact spell, and T'Challa gains two +1/+1 counters for each artifact spell with a converted cost of 4 or higher cast. Doom Prevails, commanded by Doctor Doom, King of Latveria (illustrated by Nathaniel Himawan), combines villains, connive mechanics, and life drain: this 4-mana Grixis commander deals two damage to each opponent each time one or more land cards are discarded.

For collectors aiming for the premium version, the 4-deck Marvel Super Heroes Commander Collector's Edition bundle (Surge Foil, English only) offers the same decks in their entirety with a surge foil finish. To open the main set, Marvel Super Heroes Play Boosters (single, in packs of 10, or in a display of 30) remain the standard format for drafting, and Marvel Super Heroes Collector Boosters feature the Extended Art Commander variants and the headline card, The Mind Stone.
