This wave of beginner decks, from ST-31 to ST-36, introduces the six colors of the One Piece Card Game, each built around an iconic leader and a unique playstyle. Each deck includes 51 cards from previous sets and adds 5 new cards that evolve the archetype.
ST-31 Red Monkey D. Luffy: A Straw Hat aggro deck. The leader attaches DON!! cards to their characters while they are at rest to chain attacks. New additions include Jinbe and his Blocker, a Sanji who re-plays a character from the crew, and a 7-cost (9000) Monkey D. Luffy who gains Rush with 3 DON!! cards attached.
ST-32 Green Roronoa Zoro: A fast-paced deck centered around the Slice attribute. Silvers Rayleigh and Roronoa Zoro gain Rush and knock down small opposing characters when the leader has the Slice attribute. Kouzuki Oden and Dracule Mihawk flesh out the curve.
ST-33 Blue Kuzan: A Marine control deck. Smoker returns opposing characters to the bottom of the deck, Sakazuki forces discards, and Monkey D. Garp deploys more Marines. Hand and board control are managed before finishing.
ST-34 Purple Charlotte Katakuri: A control deck based on anticipation. The leader observes the top card of the opponent's deck. Charlotte Cracker and Katakuri recharge DON!! cards from the sideboard to play big characters early, culminating in Charlotte Linlin (10 cost, 12,000) as the finisher.
ST-35 Red/Black Sabo: A Revolutionary Army midrange deck. Koala, Bartholomew Kuma, and Karasu deploy from the hand or discard pile and return DON!! cards to the leader when at rest, combining pressure and pace.
ST-36 Yellow Eustass "Captain" Kidd: A midrange deck that manipulates Life cards. Kidd and Killer flip Life cards to redirect attacks or trigger their effects; Supernovas like Bartolomeo and Scratchmen Apoo feed the hand.
Each box is ready to play: a 51-card deck (50 cards + 1 leader), 10 DON!! cards, a game sheet, and a free OP-16 Rising Star booster pack. Each deck contains 1 Leader, 3 Rares, and 2 Super Rares, and some also include one or two promotional cards. The bundle includes all six Leaders, all six colors, and six OP-16 booster packs.
The cards become tournament legal 7 days after release, which is set for July 31, 2026.
