The Soft Crate 80+ is Gamegenic's affordable deck box for the Commander format. Its unique feature is that it combines two separate compartments in a single 72 × 102 × 94 mm case.

The main compartment holds a 100-card deck in single sleeves, or 80 cards in double sleeves with Thick Inner Sleeves. A Commander player using double sleeves is therefore just at the limit, hence the "80+": the advertised capacity represents the most restrictive scenario, not the box's maximum. The included Flex Card Divider is used to isolate the commander or a portion of the deck from the rest of the deck.

The second compartment is a token box attached to the case, closed with a click mechanism. It holds dice, +1/+1 counters, poison counters, and die-cut creature tokens. This is what distinguishes the Soft Crate from a classic deck box: the extra components travel with the deck instead of rattling around loose in your bag.

Loading is done from the side. The flap uses Gamegenic's Cobra Neck technology and opens over 180°, allowing you to remove cards without holding the box with both hands. The lid locks automatically and features a writable strip for identifying the deck when carrying multiple decks.

The case is made of polypropylene with reinforced welds, and is PVC- and acid-free. The Leaving Hobbiton and Troop of Ponies artwork is from Magic: The Gathering. The Hobbit, released August 14, 2026.
