Milotic-ex is the mascot of Brilliant Fantasy and features on the booster pack artwork. The pool includes cards from Twilight Masquerade, Nebula Fable, and Bursting Sparks: a Special Rare Artwork of Milotic-ex, Rare Artwork of Dusknoir and Larvesta, and an ultra rare version of Turquoise Mask Ogerpon-ex.

The card collectors are seeking is a Special Rare Artwork of Roseille by OKACHEKE, depicting her and her younger brother Kassis sharing a watermelon. Kassis also gets her own ultra rare from Twilight Masquerade.

A coin set is being released concurrently in China, with 90 coins divided into three rarities (Normal V1, Normal V2, Hidden Rare) and a 1 in 99 drop rate for the gold coins.
