Display of 24 booster packs of 12 cards each in English from the OP15 & EB04: Adventure on Kami's Island expansion.

Released on April 3, 2026, OP15-EB04 is the 15th Booster Pack for the One Piece Card Game in English. As with the French release, Bandai has combined OP-15 and the second half of Extra Booster EB-04 into a single product to reduce the discrepancy with the Japanese releases. The set contains a total of 159+1 card types distributed across 12-card booster packs.

The expansion is entirely inspired by the Skypiea arc and features Enel, a central character of the arc, with a Purple Leader who plays around a unique 6 DON!! mechanic. Assets and resource management. Opposite them, the Yellow Leader Monkey D. Luffy offers a Sky Island deck that relies on Life to close out games. The Straw Hats also benefit from new synergies, notably through the Green/Black Leader Brook, who transforms discarding into a final weapon. Added to this are Krieg (Red/Green, control of opposing DON!! cards), Lucy (Red/Blue, Event Revolutionary Army deck), and Rebecca (Blue, 3-cost Dressrosa rush).

From a collecting perspective, the set offers a wide range of rarities: Commons, Uncommons, Rares, Super Rares, Secret Rares, Leaders, Specials, Treasure Rares, and DON!! cards. The key chase card is the Manga Rare of Enel (SEC-SP), illustrated with iconic panels from the manga. The English version also includes a dedicated Treasure Rare slot featuring a highly sought-after Zoro Juurou, as well as two Event cards with alternate art: Lightning Dragon (OP15-077) and Gum-Gum Golden Rifle (OP15-116), and a super alternate art card of Enel (OP15-118).
