The EX ST30 Starter Deck features the brand-new "Luffy & Ace" Leader, a two-tone Red and Green Leader with a power level of 6000, bringing the two brothers together for the first time. Everything you need to play is included: a ready-to-play 51-card deck, 10 DON!! cards, a game sheet, and a bonus pack of 3 special-finish cards.

A unique feature of the EX series: all cards in the deck have a glossy finish, making it both a game and a collectible. The deck is based on the Summit War arc (the Impel Down escape and the Battle of Marineford), with synergy between the Whitebeard Pirates and the Impel Down units.
