The 30-play booster box is the format Wizards of the Coast is using for its Limited edition: three boosters per player, eight players, and six bags remaining. This is the product that allows you to play Fractured Reality in drafts from the prerelease, from September 25 to October 1, 2026, and then again on its release on October 2.

The Limited edition of the set rests on two pillars. Empower Jace, supported by 18 cards revealed so far and present even in commons, creates a blue Jace planeswalker token accessible to all colors, which changes how cards are evaluated in drafts. Prepare, returning from Secrets of Strixhaven, brings double-faced creature/spell cards into play: Diviner of Victory enters the game prepared and grants access to Unwind History, which returns an opponent's creature with a mana value of 3 or less; Bloodline Recollector is prepared as soon as three or more creatures have died this turn and becomes Ancestral Craving, which draws three cards and causes the opponent to lose 3 life.

Across 30 packs, the box also provides an overview of the FRA range: the echo pairs, the five Hexhaven elders in mythic (Denzilore Fatehold in {1}{W}{U}{U} by Dmitry Burmak, Uldaros Theorix in {3}{U}{B}{B} by Alexander Mokhov, Ingris Stingerquill in {B}{R}{R} by Chase Stone, Aerid Konstrari in {1}{R}{G}{G} by Chris Rahn, and Kwia Vigorbloom in {3}{G}{W}{W} by Ryan Pancoast), and the borderless Shattered Mirror and Braintwister treatments circulating in Play Booster.

The sealed box is also the format used for display pricing on the secondary market. For collector-only treatments, including the Japan Showcase and Bloodline Recollector limited to 500 copies, you must purchase the 12-pack Fractured Reality Collector Booster display.
